Manage and support RDC operations, including safety protocols, associate training, development, and facility maintenance.

Coordinate fulfillment of back orders and special-order products with purchasing, yard, and dispatch teams.
Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, performance standards, and core values.
Drive continuous improvement in people, products, processes, and profitability through proactive leadership and measurable goals.
Coordinate scheduling and communication of material shipments with yard, dispatch, and customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record: current forklift certification preferred.
Exposure to noise, fumes, and dust when visiting manufacturing sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
