Mentor and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Certifications such as CPSM or CSCP.
5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
Experience with ERP systems and sourcing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
