✔ Maintain accurate site records and reports
✔ Support minor works projects and compile reports for management
✔ Coordinate day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services
✔ Oversee preventative maintenance programs
✔ Assist with contractor documentation and site access procedures
✔ Manage work order processes and ensure timely completion
✅ Willingness to complete background checks (Police, ASIC)
✅ Experience in a facilities coordinator or similar role
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
✅ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
