Coordinate mobilization, permitting, material flow, and equipment access
Prepares and publishes required Project reports which may include daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Tracks defined Project risk conditions, cost and other impacts associated with defined Project risks
Prepare budgets based on Project estimate and input into Company ERM software system
Reads, reviews and understands Client Contract content and requirements with support from others as required
Supports Safety professionals as required at the project site
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the benefit of the Company and project within limits of authority
Schedules and host regular Project review meetings including Project Kickoff and Closeout Meetings
Lead daily and weekly planning with crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Recommends plan modifications to support better execution and compliance with Project requirements
Monitor schedule performance and lead recovery planning where needed
Completes material purchase requisitions and ensures issue of applicable purchase orders in accordance with Company policy
Communicates with Client concerning changes in Contract scope or terms with goal to obtain appropriate Contract Change Order
Enforces corporate safety policies and field-level job hazard procedures, inspections, and audits
Tracks, expedites, and ensures review and approval of all subcontractor submittals according to subcontract requirements
Develop project execution strategies, including work phasing, resource planning, and field methodology
Publishes meeting minutes for applicable meetings
Prepares and submits necessary Change Order information to Client
Seeks ways to mitigate risks to prevent negative impacts on the Company and Project
Negotiates less complex Change Orders based on Company guidance
Supports development of and ensures implementation of Project plans for HSE, Quality, overall execution, cost management, change management and other areas
Prepares cost forecast for assigned Projects, develops plans for improving cost performance, and works with construction supervision to implement changes
Ensures selection of qualified material suppliers

PMP or CET, or equivalent certification, is preferred
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, SAP, Primavera P6, and standard cost control or scheduling platforms
Bachelor level degree (B.S.) in Construction Management, an Engineering discipline related to the Company's work, or similar technical degree, is required
Minimum five (5) years of leading construction projects in linear construction or electric transmission construction, is required
Preferred experience managing construction projects with contract values of at least $2 million
Highly organized, dependable, and safety-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
Able and willing to provide a valid driver's license and an acceptable drivers abstract
