Collaborate with Project Executives, Marketing Specialists, and the Marketing Manager to develop proposal sections.
Assemble, proofread, and edit proposal content in InDesign.
Design custom proposal templates using PRIME brand standards, graphics, infographics, photography, and custom elements.
Create project interview presentation materials in PowerPoint and InDesign.
Develop marketing and sales graphics for client and project pursuits.
Collect, organize, and input project experience and contacts into the marketing database.
Maintain and update staff resumes.
Support the marketing team with graphics, content creation, video, and other projects.
Follow the PRIME Safety Program and adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Provide onsite physical presence and assistance to groups, managers, and project teams as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.
Experience with database management or data entry (a plus).
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Skill in managing multiple projects across teams or departments.
Excellent organization, time‑management, and prioritization capabilities.
Acute attention to detail for grammar, factual accuracy, and graphic layout quality.
