Experience managing multiple projects using tools like Jira, excellent communication skills, and a track record of mentoring analytics teams are required.
Nice‑to‑have experience includes work in manufacturing, CPG, or retail sales environments, familiarity with data science and machine‑learning models for pricing optimization, and exposure to cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure. The compensation package features a competitive salary, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, tuition reimbursement, and discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools.
