Participates and may lead weekly site meetings and completes meeting minutes.
Coordinate with the in house pavement management team and seek ways to improve our process using applicable programs and processes.
Planning and managing travel budget for site visits.
Assisting in developing pavement models and generating forecast deliverables

Performing PCI surveys and updating pavement management software.

Familiar with various project delivery methods and bidding processes.
Familiar with overall construction process from preconstruction through close-out for civil and/or pavement projects.
Experienced with Autocad Civil 3D
Able to read construction documents for various disciplines and can verify built conditions meet the requirements outlined in the plans.
Must possess the ability to travel independently across the US.
Experienced with project scheduling and estimating.
Experienced working in a team environment with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.
Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time.
Familiarity of various building materials, methods, and systems for civil and pavement projects.
Experienced performing Pavement Condition Index (PCI) surveys using ASTM D6433
Experienced working with PAVERTM software or other pavement management tools
Familiarity with programs such as MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet’s is a plus
Organized and familiar with various construction management programs for tracking Submittals and RFIs.
Strong technically with the ability to confidently address questions in the field.
Experienced with ArcGIS
Experienced with submittals and Request for Information management.
