Lead and execute the Establishment Management Plan (EMP) projects as the designated EMP Lead for Arcadis, producing asset management optimisation strategies for Defence Estate sites.
Build and manage relationships with senior client project sponsors/stakeholders in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and are aligned to meet objectives.
Act as a technical expert within own projects, providing advice to other team members, in order to support successful delivery in line with project objectives and strategies.
Accountable for project budget and forecast.
Act as a strategic consultant, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance asset management processes and outcomes, including masterplanning components.

Due to the nature of the projects you'll be working on, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) followed by Security Check (SC Clearence) is the minimum requirement. Must have an active or transferable SC already.
Have the ability to travel to the project site for stakeholder presentations and ad-hoc team site visits.
Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges, identifying optimal solutions for effective asset management strategies.
