The Financial Analyst role is situated in the Acquisition and Investment Analytics department and supports the company’s acquisition and syndication activities in the investment real‑estate market. The analyst provides financial modeling, credit analysis, data analysis, and research support to department team members, delivering accurate, comprehensive, and timely analysis for key stakeholders.
Day‑to‑day duties include performing financial reporting and modeling in Excel, conducting financial statement and credit analysis, and refining models to reflect various investment assumptions. The analyst also reviews real‑estate documents such as rent rolls, leases, and loan agreements, conducts market and portfolio research, and assists with due‑diligence and closing processes. All findings are communicated through concise summary documentation and spreadsheets for presentations, proposals, and reports.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in real‑estate finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and 0–2 years of prior work experience, with financial‑modeling exposure considered a plus. Required skills include proficient keyboarding, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, and advanced Excel abilities; experience with additional real‑estate or modeling software is advantageous.
Compensation consists of a base salary ranging from $66,000 to $82,000, plus eligibility for the company’s discretionary annual bonus program.
