Laborers may be required to assist with traffic control and/or flagging operations.
Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
Road widening, highway, road/street or bridge build and rehabilitation projects.
Assists with loading and unloading trucks & deliveries.
Properly secure and store all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each workday.
Helping Foremen and other Supervisors as needed.
Understand and comply with all Company Safety policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations.
Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects.
Maintains a clean and well-organized job site: properly store consumable materials, picks up debris and waste for proper disposal, maintains equipment appearance, and secures/stores small tools and supplies. Performs materials handling and storage.
