You’ll join the team that keeps automation projects moving, supporting data‑center startups with on‑site mechanical, electrical, and control checks, and leading startup and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in industries such as food and beverage. You’ll partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate systems, while providing clear communication and updates to customers and project teams. Rotating travel schedules (e.g., 5 on – 2 off, 10 on – 4 off, or 14 on – 7 off) mean each project brings new challenges and locations.
We’re opening our 2026 hiring pipeline now for curious, adaptable problem‑solvers who love travel, hands‑on work, and being part of a team that actually knows your name. If you thrive on laughing through flight delays, figuring things out on the fly, and solving complex problems, this role may be a perfect fit. Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals, but success requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
We’re looking for candidates who love travel, can thrive on rotation away from home, and have a working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking. Adaptability, grit, strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is living within 50 mi of a major airport (relocation assistance available) and having a personal vehicle for local projects. A technical degree or equivalent hands‑on experience (3+ years) in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering is required, along with U.S. work authorization.
The role requires the ability to walk long distances, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varied environments such as construction sites and outdoors; reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities. If you want a challenging, travel‑filled career where your effort truly matters, apply now to be on our radar for early 2026 hiring.
