Experience in a similar Commercial/Contract Management role, with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Finance and working towards professional body membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, ICE).
Demonstrates ownership, clear communication, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Strong understanding of commercial contract management, NEC form of contracts, and financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
High proficiency in IT, especially MS Excel, and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to build strong working relationships, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
