- Provide timely feedback on user interactions to improve sales and marketing efforts.

- Prepare and recommend scope of services for User Success to implement.
- Develop content (i.e., videos) that can be delivered in one-to-one or one-to-many modes.
- Create effective presentations and demonstrations that illustrate the capabilities, workflows, and value of Bentley applications to users.
- Develop and prepare datasets for user presentations and demonstrations.
- Coordinate the preparation and presentation of complex cross-brand processes (usually led by a Solution Architect) that require interoperability between Bentley brands.
- Contribute to written proposal development and submission.
- Prepare and deliver relevant feedback to Product Teams to improve our products (from product issues to user needs).
- Work with Product teams to stay up to date with current releases of Bentley applications.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure software technologies, such as virtualization, cloud computing, storage, networking, and security as they relate to transportation, water, energy, mining, or building infrastructure.
- Ability to explain complex topics to audiences of all levels of knowledge and seniority.
- Independent judgment, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Travel requirement up to 50%.
- 10+ years of technical sales experience in the infrastructure industry, with additional knowledge or experience in the Engineering, Construction, or Design industry.
- Deep knowledge of Bentley Systems solutions for Construction and Project Delivery or competitive Solutions
- Understanding Transportation industry design standards as well as methodologies and making recommendations for conformant product configurations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Technology, or a related field, preferably an infrastructure-related background.
- Experience deploying new technology into a workforce to inspire innovation, change, and efficiency.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new complex products.
- Excellent speaking, presentation, and demonstration skills.
