The Role

Overview

Manage client accounts, drive renewals and growth for Barbour ABI products.

Tasks

-Provide feedback from clients to the business, so we can continually improve our offering -Ensure client requests, requirements, queries and training requirements are met, in a timely manner and always to an excellent standard. -Effectively manage regular client contact levels to ensure you are serving your accounts effectively -Understand your clients and match their needs to the Barbour ABI product portfolio -Accurately log your client interactions on the CRM system -Understand and communicate regular product updates to your clients -Provide an unrivalled account management service to your allocated set of clients -Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals -Conduct regular meetings with clients on Teams to conduct account reviews, achieve renewals and sell additional products

What You Bring

-Self-motivated and determined -Strong planning, organisation and time management skills -Achieve relevant KPI's -Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong and long lasting relationships with clients -Excellent attention to detail -Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines -Experience in a similar Client Services / Account Management role -Excellent administrative skills
