What you would be doing
  • Support the Communications team in creating and drafting community updates, newsletters, and distribution lists.
  • Build strong working relationships with the construction team to ensure activities are planned strategically, reducing disruption to stakeholders and the community.
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of community events and meetings.
  • Monitor and respond to stakeholder inquiries and feedback to maintain positive relationships.
  • Identify stakeholders and communication challenges, and help develop strategies to minimise impacts.
  • Help develop forums and events for stakeholders and the community, such as pop-up information sessions and community forums.
  • Use problem-solving skills to deliver effective outcomes.
  • Assist with data entry and management for community and stakeholder engagement activities.
