In this role you will lead valuation and appraisal engagements for a diverse set of corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, and lenders, covering financial reporting, purchase accounting, net asset value calculations, tax, and lending analyses. You will work both collaboratively with colleagues and independently across regions to ensure exceptional client service. Data collection will involve direct interaction with brokers, property managers, and other stakeholders, while you stay informed on industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends. Findings will be synthesized into clear, concise presentations for client decision‑making.
Colliers seeks an enterprising, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player who thrives alongside talented colleagues to generate fresh ideas and impactful solutions for clients. You welcome new approaches, tackle challenges, and continuously develop your expertise through professional growth. As a valuation and appraisal professional, you enjoy data analysis, market research, and shepherding projects from inception to completion. In the Senior Valuation Specialist position, you will apply proven valuation principles across all commercial real‑estate property types.
The ideal candidate brings three to five years of relevant experience and holds an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. A bachelor’s degree, solid organizational and communication abilities, and a background in commercial real‑estate are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a team‑player mindset round out the qualifications.
The position is commission‑based, with salary ranges reflecting role, level, and location, and compensation determined by factors such as skills and experience. Colliers complies with Missouri job‑posting regulations and provides detailed salary disclosures. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, as the company does not sponsor work visas.
