As an intern, you will support key project lifecycle activities including safety management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project coordination. This role provides exposure to real-world construction projects in both office and field environments, helping you develop technical skills, industry insight, and make meaningful contributions to our projects.
- Support the review and organization of job cost information and assist in distributing project estimates to relevant team members.
- Help monitor project progress by gathering data and assisting in basic production tracking and reporting.
- Help coordinate communication with general contractors and owners under close supervision.
- Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and industry standards to support compliance and quality efforts.
- Assist with cost tracking and administrative tasks, such as compiling reports and organizing project files.
- Assist in preparing field reports, tracking data such as labor hours, productivity, material usage, and safety observations.
- Support procurement activities by helping track materials and equipment orders, deliveries, and inventory records.
- Contribute to project scheduling activities by helping update timelines and learning about sequencing processes.
- Assist with quantity takeoffs and help prepare project estimates, budgets, and proposals.
- Observe and assist with project safety efforts, including helping with safety documentation and participating in safety meetings.

We are seeking highly motivated and energetic interns to join our Concrete, Steel, MEP, Safety and In-Plant Services divisions. Working closely with both Project Management and Field Operations teams, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial construction, maintenance, and operations.
