What you would be doing

You will be responsible for the standard sales administration duties, as well as handling the company social media accounts, and providing administrative assistance to the director. Previous experience within estate agency would be ideal, along with superb organisation skills and the ability to take initiative.

  • Placing properties on portals
  • Preparing sales memorandums and sending to solicitors
  • Preparing property details and getting client sign off
  • Answering phones and greeting clients in the office when needed
  • Ensuring we are fully compliant with money laundering
  • Marketing, including window display, newspapers, magazines, and social media
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary levels
  • Preparing all relevant letters associated

Benefits
