Implements strategic improvements to enhance contractor payment processes and business value.
Acts as a liaison between CBS and Construction.
Identifies process improvement opportunities strategic initiatives and develops proposals for enhancements.
Leads a diverse team of union and management personnel.
Facilitates and/or participates in meetings with Construction to standardize business processes, support CBS customers, and organizes
Collaborates with Construction Managers to align business processes for processing of contractor payments.
Manages the independent reviews of contractor payments for Construction Management, Public Improvement and processing performance statements, and modifications for Central Construction. This includes and is not limited to managing work queues, aligning business processes, meeting with customers, working with Quality Assurance, communicating change and processes, setting expectations for work deliverables, working with the CworX team for system processes, while managing and supporting Tech Review and Contract Admin employees through professional and personal development.
Tracks and reviews trends for contractor payments and the processing of Lump Sum contracts. Implements strategic initiatives to drive efficiencies, enhance reporting capabilities and deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitors staff performance to ensure goals and quality standards are consistently met.

Supports contractor payment goals with internal customers.
Maintains payment databases, systems and reporting tools to support Construction Business Services.
The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Develops and delivers effective presentations
Manage the CBS Technical Review team and Contract Administration teams which includes conducting reviews of contractor payments, processing change orders and ensuring compliance with all applicable procedures.
Serves as the key interface to all internal customers, including Construction Management, Public Improvement and Central Construction.

Construction, Operations or Management Experience, preferred.

Working knowledge in one of the following areas: Construction Operations, Field Support, Management, preferred.
Driver's License Required
Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines, preferred.
High School Diploma/GED and 9 years Relevant work experience
Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Data Analytics software, preferred.
Working knowledge of Maximo CworX, preferred.
Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
Minimum of two years of supervisory/managerial experience, required.
