The Laborer role at Republic Services involves safely and efficiently performing general labor duties across hauling, transfer stations, recycling centers, or landfills. Key tasks include yard clean‑up, fueling vehicles and equipment, operating various site vehicles, and maintaining office spaces. The position supports overall site operations and contributes to a clean, functional work environment.

• Clean up work areas.
• Clean track on track‑type equipment.
• Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick‑up.
• Operate site vehicles such as water trucks, pickups, sweepers, mowers, and trimming equipment.
• Maintain and repair office spaces, including painting and janitorial tasks.
• Install temporary wind fences when required.
• Direct site traffic as needed.
