Provide commercial support to the project and assist the commercial team.
Support QS/senior QS with records, trackers, reports and file management.
Work closely with operations to deliver tasks on time.
Measure quantities, value subcontract interim payments and manage change/control compensation events.
Use site commercial/document systems (Oracle, CEMAR, ProjectWise, forecasting tools).
Administer and manage own subcontract packages (NEC4).
Perform general commercial/admin duties and maintain QS filing system.
Prepare subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and progress/final assessments.
Support cost control, capture, forecasting and cost/value reconciliation (labour, plant, materials, subcontract).

Excellent communication skills; effective working with multi‑discipline teams
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and commercial digital systems/BIM
MRICS/CICES accreditation desirable (or in progress)
Experience in subcontract management, ideally with NEC contracts
Resilient, positive mindset with determination to deliver results
Degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or related subject
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines under pressure
Full UK driving licence
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach
