Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle, leading communication efforts across multiple teams and business units, and defining project tasks and activities. You will develop moderately complex plans with inter‑dependent activities, independently review status and progress, and perform qualitative/quantitative risk analyses to create mitigation plans with minimal supervision.
As a Project Manager II, you will excel as a collaborative team player who leads and manages project teams, oversees project development, and ensures that project objectives are achieved. Leveraging expertise in project management methodology, tools, and strong negotiation skills, you will proactively resolve problems and facilitate successful outcomes while coordinating with senior managers to deliver an excellent business partner experience.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) and 3‑6 years of experience managing technical projects, including planning, delivery coordination, and risk management. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or JIRA, as well as a solid understanding of both plan‑driven and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), is essential, along with strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
