- Shovel snow, salt driveways, and keep surroundings tidy.
- Process steel projections and related paperwork.
- Inspect parts before processing and monitor production.
- Inspect equipment and machinery before use.
- Clean work areas and keep scrap/garbage cleared.
- Scan and tag materials; return excess steel to stock.
- Assist coworkers with tooling and coil handling.
- Train new employees as needed.
- Build and process scrap containers; manage tare weights.
- Perform daily and weekly safety and inspection checklists.
- Operate the press and ensure proper part alignment.
- Follow all safety rules and lockout procedures.
- Load coils, monitor cradles, and band coils for return.
- Color-code parts and adjust equipment as needed.
- Load, unload, and stage raw materials (steel, copper, aluminum).
- Remove/replace tooling and die shoes using correct procedures.

- Must have Fork Truck Experience
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends
