The role supports training and mentoring on procedures and techniques relevant to OT system operations dedicated to operations and customer support teams. This hands-on, technical position will be required to make technical decisions and work closely with cross functional business areas and IT groups. The role will support initial design and cost evaluation of required OT infrastructure during development of offers for customers
Preserve assets by ensuring CMDB compliance, implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures and information security and control structures
