- Partner with marketing staff in driving client action plans, capture plans, and support in proposal writing and oversight.
- Serve as a client manager for private and public energy utilities.
- Mobilize, energize, and organize cross-functional teams for success.
- Partner with operations and HR to recruit, retain, develop, and grow a high-performing, comprehensive energy team.
- Develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue and profit margin growth.
- Program/Project management for site/civil development projects including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control design
- Collaborate proactively and productively with other groups and company offices across the Southeast operating unit.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A recognized leader in business development and client relationship development.
- In depth knowledge of the energy utility market.
- Proven expertise in managing and motivating high-performing teams and executing strategies that support regional and national goals.
- Excellent strategic development, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Professional Engineer license in Florida is preferred.
- BS in Engineering with 10+ years of engineering and project management experience directly related to site/civil development projects.
- At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (local travel will be required).
- Demonstrated project management success for projects for private and public utility clients.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is required
- Only recipients of an offer of employment from Dewberry, will be required to submit to a background screening which may include, but is not limited to, employment verification, educational and other credential verification, driving record check, criminal background check, and an investigative consumer report. These screenings will be conducted by Dewberry’s background vendor of choice and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law.
