- Prepare documentation and reports required for Civil Defense inspections, certifications, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of system testing, incidents, permits, and compliance certificates.
- Supervise daily inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting, suppression, and life safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense, OSHA, and local authority regulations.
- Contribute to business continuity and emergency preparedness.

- Support the implementation of FM department’s health, safety, and sustainability policies.
- Monitor and Supervise FLS Specialists and ensure that delivering the necessary services as per contract agreement with Clients
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and fire drills across facilities.
- Report deficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities to Facilities Management leadership.
- Oversee corrective actions and troubleshooting of fire protection systems to minimize downtime and risks.

- In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards, Civil Defense requirements, and international fire codes.
- Certification in Fire Safety (NFPA, NEBOSH Fire, Civil Defense License, or equivalent) required.
- Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
- Ability to respond effectively during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
- CMMS Experience is required (Maximo)
- Well Experience in LOTO, Isolation permits, Integrations process, and ensure all area is well protected without any risks.
- Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in Facilities Management or large-scale buildings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
