Senior Engineer / Associate

Description

Based in our London office, the role will support a steady pipeline of work across the Midlands and South‑West regions, handling surveys and refurbishment projects in commercial office and industrial spaces for high‑profile clients, ensuring an exciting and varied workload from day one.

• Produce dilapidations, pre‑acquisition and disposal technical due‑diligence reports.
• Prepare planned preventative maintenance CAPEX reports.
• Lead and manage engineering projects.
• Provide technical support and maintenance management to wider teams.
• Meet target KPIs for work‑in‑progress management, including HIW.
• Promote business development and client care.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant engineering degree with building services modules or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Experience in client‑facing roles within consultancy or M&E project engineering.
• Flexible to travel across regions and cover varied work.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, regulations and standards for operational building services.
• Ability to advise on electrical distribution, ventilation (VAV, heat recovery), and heating systems.
