EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling and at a minimum, Type I & II certifications (Please note: Veris will pay for the EPA testing materials and test if completed and passed within 5 months of being hired)
Valid Driver’s License and insurance
basic - intermediate plumbing (when no license required)
High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years of experience in the field.
Other licenses and certifications as required by state or local laws
ability to deal well with people and get them to feel comfortable quickly
strong customer service orientation
Black Seal – if required by property
good verbal and written communication skills
basic computer skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office products
basic - intermediate electrical (when no license required)
CPO – Certified Pool Operator Certification – if required by property
