In this role you will lead and run engineering components of complex, major dam projects, providing technical and strategic direction in their delivery. You will guide and mentor a growing team of engineers to ensure high‑quality outputs and excellent client service. Leading design teams from options analysis through to detailed dam design and creating lasting relationships with clients are key parts of the job.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience delivering above‑expected outcomes and strong technical capability within the dam industry, as well as a relevant tertiary engineering degree (essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for mentoring and leadership, and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and the local industry are essential.
