Support Design for Testability (DFT) initiatives to ensure efficient and effective test coverage.
Support prototype and pilot builds, ensuring BOM accuracy, process documentation, and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation for test procedures, equipment calibration, and validation reports.
Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Manufacturing teams to define test requirements for new products.
Drive continuous improvement in test yield, cycle time, and cost.
Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to transfer test processes and ensure readiness for volume production.

Participate in design and process reviews, including PFMEA and control plan development.
Design and develop test plans, procedures, and fixtures for functional, in-circuit, and system-level testing.
Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.

Solid technical and theoretical background in electronics.
BS Electrical Engineering or related field
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools.
3+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or NPI environment.
2+ years of Experience with PCB-level in-circuit testing (e.g., Agilent, Spea, Checksum), functional test systems, and data acquisition hardware.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Solid understanding of DFM/DFA principles, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in product and process development for the electronics/electro-mechanical industry, including circuit board assembly and test processes.
Strong knowledge of functional test methodologies, instrumentation, and automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand).
