Safety Administrator

Description

• Assist in drafting, updating, and standardizing safety plans across federal projects.
• Manage version control, track revisions, and maintain centralized, accessible records.
• Align documentation with OSHA, NAVFAC, and federal requirements before submission.
• Validate formatting, compliance language, and attachments prior to manager sign‑off.
• Track submission timelines and ensure audit‑ready documentation ahead of approvals.
• Organize and distribute updated training materials for diverse teams.
• Maintain audit‑ready binders and coordinate with safety managers for external reviews.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
• Ability to review confidential US security information.
• Experience in federal contracting or O&M environments; knowledge of Army Corps of Engineers QC and safety standards (preferred).
• Strong document management skills; familiarity with Procore, Vector EHS or similar tools (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, capable of managing multiple document streams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between safety managers, operations, and federal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including workflow automation), SharePoint, and related document management platforms.
