

Provides smart home solutions to enhance comfort, convenience, and efficiency.
In this role you will install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards, apply any required finish work, and communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and approve final payment. You will also complete a job checklist with the homeowner and treat both the homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
Candidates need at least three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens, and must operate an established LLC or business with workers’ comp and liability insurance. Strong communication and customer‑service skills are essential.
The position offers year‑round work, paid training, bonus opportunities, weekly direct deposits, a flexible schedule, and the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually.
