Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
Assist in the coordination of healthcare projects from conceptual design to construction documentation
support the team in reviewing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings as part of the construction phase; and
review drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, compliance, and consistency;
Support project management activities, including tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverable
Work closely with internal project teams and consultants to ensure coordination and integration of project elements;
assist Project Managers, Project Architects, and Senior Designers in the development of design concepts and technical documentation;
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
support the preparation of design and construction documents using Revit and other industry-standard software;
assist in researching building codes, materials, and technical solutions to support project requirements;
Contribute to design discussions, presentations, and client meetings
interaction: Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks;

LEED accreditation preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; e ligible for licensure in California
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills required
Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
