In this role you will help create the Discovery Land Company experience for members and employees.
Key responsibilities include operating mowers and trimmers, maintaining tee markers and sand bunkers, checking fuel levels, marking cart control areas, watering and fertilizing, assisting with construction projects, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include knowledge of grounds construction methods, ability to use hand and power tools, operate trucks and light equipment, follow oral and written directions, possess a valid driver’s license, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional requirements are a positive attitude, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to work long hours in all weather conditions, and meet physical demands such as standing for eight‑hour periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
