Lead, Project Systems

  • Drive integration of project systems with ERP and other corporate systems.
  • Lead organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Contribute to compliance efforts including SOX audits and system documentation.
  • Maintain governance procedures for data integrity and system configuration.
  • Support the sustainment and adoption of existing tools such as Oracle Unifier and UMT360.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training for new tools and systems.
  • Manage third-party vendors and consultants supporting digital project tools.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project software systems.
  • Manage onboarding and setup of project systems across sites, including data migration and procedural alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and project teams to identify process gaps and implement effective software solutions.
  • Oversee planning, cost/schedule control, and risk management for software implementation initiatives.

We’re seeking a strategic and technically adept "Lead, Project Cost Control Systems" to manage and enhance our clients project software portfolio across multiple large-scale industrial or capital projects. This role is key to improving how projects are delivered, integrating digital solutions, and ensuring systems are aligned with organizational needs.

  • Background in project controls, procurement, or contracts in an owner’s role.
  • 5+ years’ experience in capital project execution and digital solution delivery in an industrial setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Skilled in stakeholder facilitation, requirements gathering, and user training.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and construction practices.
  • PMP or similar certification is an asset.
  • Experience with project management systems and tools; familiarity with Oracle Unifier is an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and drive user adoption.
