  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (MS/MBA highly regarded)

  • Proven ability to balance strategic deliverables with hands-on solution design
  • Knowledge of remuneration compliance and disclosure (ASX experience valued but not essential)
  • 10+ years' experience in reward, benefits, and performance in corporate or financial services
