Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Mechatronics) is preferred.
Familiarity with product Quality and Reliability methodologies including, MTBF, FMEA, Causal Effects Analysis, 8D, 5 Whys etc.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time This position requires the ability to travel without restrictions within the United States, between the U.S. and Canada, and internationally.
Exposure working with new product development and design engineering of combustion engines or similar industrial products. Creo CAD and hands-on experience beneficial.
Certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma would be a plus.
