What you would be doing

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard area
- Collaborate with the Fleet Manager and Mechanics to prioritize daily tasks
- Replacing light bulbs and air filters
- Report equipment and facility issues promptly
- Perform basic preventative maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and visual inspections
- Touch-up painting, signage, and door repairs
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- Assist mechanics and fleet staff with small engine repairs (mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.)
- General upkeep of office and warehouse areas
- Perform general building maintenance, including:
- Help track, organize, and prepare equipment for repairs or field deployment
