The Role
Overview
Manage day-to-day operations and performance of Class A office properties.

Tasks
-Ensure superior tenant relations through personal contact and excellent customer service. -Establish working relationships with neighboring property management teams, business groups/associations. -Work closely with Operations teams to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of properties including compliance with government regulations, achievement of maintenance/life safety standards and sourcing cost effective ways to operate. -Tendering, recommending and supervising service contracts. -Supervise and/or develop appropriate operating procedures for the properties ensuring legislative or regulatory requirements are adhered to and emergency response procedures are regularly updated. established policies. -Oversee the sustainable initiatives and programs. -Work cooperatively with Leasing to support achievement of budgeted leasing projections. -Ensure high standards are maintained in accordance with Supervise direct reports to Interact and effectively communicate on financial performance, property operations, staffing and tenant relations. -Regular site visits to all locations. -Responsible for building revenue and expenses including preparing and operating within an approved budget; analyzing monthly financial statements and preparation of monthly management report; ensure tenant billings and year-end adjustments are correct and conform to the lease. -Administer leases to ensure all requirements are met. -Promote community involvement and charitable events in the portfolio with tenants and staff -Oversee management of, snow removal, security and landscape and other service contracts to ensure performing within company standards and exceeding needs of tenants. -Oversee accounts receivable to ensure they are maintained at an acceptable level. -Ensure capital projects including building improvements and leasehold improvements are properly implemented. -Responsible for the day-to-day management of the properties.

Working knowledge Yardi will be beneficial. -Sustainability – Experience with BOMA BESt, LEED EB:OM or other sustainable programs an asset. -Experience - Minimum 3 years property management experience in commercial portfolios, with a focus on Class A office properties. -Education - Preference to post secondary in real estate, RPA or CPM designation is nice to have
