Attend monthly Central Engineering F2F meeting.
Assisting the estimating dept and pe-construction team at agreed periods
Responsible for ensuring Central engineering checklists are implemented on each project
Coaching graduate engineers on projects, how to produce tech subs, manage drawing production, issuing of RFI’s, dealing with clients.
Responsible for ensuring the project undergoes a lessons learned review at design stage.
Responsible for ensuring scope of works are completed for electrical packages
Carry out technical submittal & working drawing reviews with the teams on a scheduled basis
Responsible for managing consultant selections and agreeing RACI matrices
Attend Central Engineering stage 5 weekly model review meeting.
Produce report for the projects you are assigned to and issue to direct manager at agreed periods.
Attending design team meetings, in person or through MSTF teams
Assist with tenders for new projects when required.
Challenge the consultants and Mercury teams to value engineer.
Management of design for safe manufacturing assembly if implemented when required on the projects
