The Manager of Commercial Program Management supports the execution of strategic commercial and partnership initiatives from concept to measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Commercial Initiatives, the role works closely with Commercial, Strategy, Licensing, and Technology teams to drive critical partnerships, ensure cross‑functional alignment, and deliver results that advance Kairos Power’s mission.
- Lead end‑to‑end commercial program execution, defining objectives, timelines, resources, and management frameworks.
- Monitor program milestones and key performance indicators, providing regular status reports to leadership.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate program risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, coordinate meetings, and deliver actionable updates to executives.
- Drive proposal development from opportunity identification through submission, aligning with strategic priorities.
- Build and manage partnership programs, maintaining relationships and using data‑driven insights to improve engagement.
- Align initiatives with Commercial and Strategy teams, contributing to strategic planning and prioritization.
- Enhance CRM functionality, ensure data quality, and support processes for customer and partnership management.

The position requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, move between work sites, and communicate effectively with others. - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s in Business is preferred.
- Bring 5+ years of program, project, or partner management experience, preferably in the energy or nuclear sector.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional influencing skills.
Benefits
The salary range for this on‑site Alameda, CA role is $155,600 to $194,600, with compensation determined by education, experience, market data, and internal equity.
