At least 5 years of progressive, multidisciplinary construction experience.
Understanding of contracts and relevant construction codes and laws.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related construction software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
