Pick and pack orders timely; review work at end of day to ensure completion.

Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments or external resources such as plowing, pest control, pallet supplier and the like.
Receive and count stock items and record data in computer.
Clearly communicate job expectations and coach employees. Take disciplinary actions as needed.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Sets the tone and expectations for daily activities using strong leadership skills and proper utilization of shift group leaders.

2+ Years’ experience in warehousing or manufacturing for a high-volume multi-product manufacture
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX-JDE-SAP preferred)
Exposure to ERP systems requiring handheld picking
Must have basic math skills
High School Diploma or GED required with some post-secondary education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)
Experience as a Shipping Loader Operator, or equivalent, and has demonstrated a good working knowledge of safe and efficient truck-loading procedures is an asset
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
