Develop overhead catenary system layout drawings, profiles, hanger tabulations, erection diagrams, and technical specifications.
Perform quality control reviews and design checks of rail projects.
Lead major tasks and serve as project manager on mid‑large size projects.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and provide technical expertise for project scopes.
Mentor staff and build support teams across New England and beyond.
Maintain strong client relationships and manage technical client interactions related to design and construction.

Minimum: BA/BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, 6+ years relevant experience, Professional Engineer (PE) license, valid US driver’s license.
Preferred: 10 years rail systems experience (overhead catenary/traction power), 6 years related railway experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads/OpenRail.
Experience with Connecticut DOT, Metro‑North Railroad, Amtrak, MBTA, or similar passenger/commuter rail agencies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
