- Gestion de sécurité infonuagique M365 (MFA, Accès conditionnel, etc.);

- Titulaire d’un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en informatique (ou autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente);
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de l’infrastructure et suggérer des actions préventives en fonction des besoins;
- Aptitudes en communication, orienté client et très bon esprit d’équipe;
- Être disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels sur les chantiers de EBC;
- Capacité à bien s'exprimer, en anglais et en français, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Maîtriser les processus, procédures et méthodes de travail en place;
- Expérience en gestion électronique des documents (GÉD), migration de données et déploiement de solutions de GÉD (atout important).
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Intune, Endpoint & Defender;
- Disposition à travailler sur des quarts de travail, heures supplémentaires et fins de semaine lorsque requis;
- Gestion d’un centre de recouvrement de désastre (DR);
- Connaissance des meilleures pratiques et méthodologies ITIL (un atout);
- DHCP, DNS, TCP-IP, HTTP, SMTP, SSL/TLS, IIS, WSUS;
- Maîtrise des outils de surveillance réseau et système (Exemple : PRTG);
- Bonne connaissance en PowerShell;
