Managing effective and positive stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
Preparing study and design documentation, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
As required, providing direction to the civil design team.
Providing direction to the project team and promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk assessments/mitigation.
Preparing calculations and checking design drawings and models to ensure they align with applicable standards and specifications.
Design coordination for selected projects or components of projects, collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
Providing technical advice for all aspects of civil design including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, constructability and interfaces with other disciplines.
Working with and mentoring junior engineers, designers and drafters and guide them in delivery and their professional development.

Extensive civil engineering experience delivering resource and infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated technical acumen with proven experience of managing and delivering design solutions.
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
Capacity to lead and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
Previous experience across scopes involving roads, drainage and pads for mining infrastructure and facilities.
Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines.
Experience in preparing engineering calculations, and checking design drawings and models.
