Experience using common BIM and modelling software (including or similar to Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper) and willing quickly learn to use new packages as required.
A Bachelor’s degree BEng / BSc or Master’s degree MEng / MSc in a relevant discipline.
Experience as a lead structural engineer on major projects, including on multi-disciplinary design teams.
Ability to provide pastoral care to more junior team members as a line manager, alongside a willingness to be an active part of an inclusive and fun-filled team, respecting others and supporting your colleagues.
Extensive building structures design experience.
Be a Chartered Member of the ICE or IStructE with the Engineering Council UK or equivalent body.
Broad design knowledge, from working on a wide range of projects and using British, US and European codes of practice.
Experience using common analysis software (including or similar to CSC Fastrak, TEDDS, ROBOT, ETABS and SAFE) and willing to quickly learn to use new analysis packages as required.
