Service Professionals provide hands‑on customer care by troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing, and repairing industrial equipment of all shapes and sizes. They maintain accurate paper and digital work orders and uphold safety and OSHA compliance while regularly traveling to customer sites.
Miner offers four service‑professional levels so technicians can start where their skills align and advance as they grow. Apprentice (Level I) focuses on learning; Service Professional (Level II) requires at least one year of experience; Senior (Level III) expects four years and deeper hydraulic/electrical knowledge; Expert (Level IV) demands eight or more years, mastery of dock‑leveler and door repairs, and leadership abilities.
Candidates should have 2‑4 years of relevant experience, strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently on the road. Desired skills include repairing doors, loading docks, and dock‑levelers, and a willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work; hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus.
Miner offers competitive pay with quarterly bonus incentives, a uniform and boot allowance, training and growth opportunities, a company‑issued truck for work and personal use, autonomy, generous PTO and paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package—including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)—starting day one.
The salary range listed reflects Miner’s good‑faith minimum and maximum for this role; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location, with potential additional incentive pay.
