Support the Wales & Southwest Regional Director and leadership team with the implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Work directly with our clients, developing strong trusted relationships, proactively managing their expectations and comprehensively advising them.
Act as a Project and/or Technical Delivery Lead in the planning, programming, pricing and delivery either of a single complex project, or across a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects.
Use your leadership skills and expertise to support others to maximise their personal contribution to project/team goals.
Be responsible for delivering engineering solutions for projects, or work packages of varying scale, complexity, value and project stages, and could be working across several projects at any given time.

Expert client/stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential.
