Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve accuracy in procurement.
Support ERP upgrades and rollout projects across multiple plants or business units
Configure ERP modules according to functional requirements — including master data setup, process flows, and approval hierarchies.
Facilitate user training, workshops, and documentation.
Manage data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Support development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams for requirements, testing, and change requests.
Work closely with Procurement and Finance to align ERP solutions with business goals.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP Supply Chain modules (e.g., Procurement and Planning Management).
Conduct detailed gap analysis between business processes and ERP capabilities.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of ERP functionalities post-implementation.
Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for integration needs.

(2-4) years of experience as a System Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant in the supply chain domain.
Business Process Analysis & Optimization
ERP certification Oracle SCM preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including Procurement and Finance.
Consistent interactive teamwork
Familiarity with EDI system
Enthusiastic customer focus
Basic understanding of SQL or Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a global team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
